They offered every possible solution: reinstalling, updating, formatting my SD card, firmware updates, and connecting to WiFi in plane mode. Since January, I have been trying to get connected to the WiFi. Problem with the app It should be possible to view the Dashcam settings from anywhere without having to use an app. The dash cam is good and the support staff is very responsive. This feature didn't exist before recently. This makes it difficult to quickly review something while watching video. It's a terrible solution.Īlthough it has the name "Viewer", you will need to install "MX Player" in order to view recorded recordings. I had to install a different app with ads. It won't allow you to open the video using the system player, and it doesn't support sound via the (internal?) audio interface. It connects to and downloads files (although it is slow).
